30-Minute Fully Fertile Streaming Yoga Practice: Deep Relaxation
This streaming video practice includes three sections: Fully Fertile Breathing, Restorative Postures, and Ritual to the Moon. Together these practices provide an array of tools for managing the stress and anxiety of the fertility journey. Restorative postures are useful during ovarian stimulation when you are feeling bloated or distended, or just when you feel like you need a little extra TLC.
This video is based on Pulling Down the Moon's six-week Yoga for Fertility program that was found to reduce anxiety by 20% in research studies.
