30-minute Fully Fertile Streaming Yoga Practice: Support Blood Flow and Decrease Anxiety
This streaming video practice includes a standing series designed to stretch tight muscles in legs, low back, and hips and promote blood flow to the reproductive organs. Standing postures reconnect us with the grounding energy (apana vayu) that governs our reproductive system. This practice also includes a seated/prone series that uses shoulder stretches and fertility-friendly supported backbends to release anxiety.
This video is based on Pulling Down the Moon's six-week Yoga for Fertility program that was found to reduce anxiety by 20% in research studies.
